Bjäre Kraft's risk management process relied entirely on Excel spreadsheets and manual routines. As the organisation grew, keeping track of assessments, ownership, and follow-ups became increasingly difficult. Information was siloed, hard to share, and disconnected from the systems teams used daily.

We worked closely with Bjäre Kraft to identify the most crucial core functionality and focused on making that digital. Rather than trying to replace every spreadsheet at once, we narrowed the scope to the risk assessment workflow that mattered most — and built a tool purpose-fit for that job.

A key requirement was portability. Technicians carry out risk assessments in the field — inspecting objects and infrastructure on-site — so the tool had to work on any device, anywhere, and be quick and easy to handle. We integrated it with Bjäre Kraft's existing internal systems so data flows seamlessly without extra steps.

The new tool transformed how Bjäre Kraft manages risk — from a manual, error-prone process to a streamlined digital workflow. Teams can now collaborate in real time, track assessments across the organisation, and generate reports directly from the platform.
